Being at the Castle has changed my life. It has helped me so much and I feel like I have become far more independent. I love it here and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I go nice places, to Cardiff shopping, out for meals and on holidays. I am looking forward to the future and having my own flat, and am very grateful to the Castle for supporting my progress.

Castle Care has been very good to me. They have helped me move to a place of my own and make a success of independent living. I now have the confidence to use public transport and go to the gym. With support, I have been on several holidays which I have really enjoyed, going to Tenby and Porthcawl, and have climbed Pen y Fan Mountain twice, of which I am proud. They have helped me through loss and hard times, and it’s good to know I can always rely on their support.
